Add a template to get a german bibliography

I spent far too much time trying to get my Bibliography translated ("Mai" instead of "May", "S. 42" instead of "page 42", "(Hrsg.)" instead of ", editors,". The easiest way to do this seems to be customizing the plainnat template.

This might make future german thesis writing a bit simpler. 😅
